on 9/19/09 the top 5 trucks were tech per the tracks desicion, the #22 was found illegal. He gets the win. Fair?

Now thinking back to another race 6/27/09 the top 5 trucks were teched and the #5 and #12 were Disqualified. all points earned were taken away.

Now there have been alot of people that have went through the track tech and been punished for being illegal, why in this one situation a track tech of the top 5 was preformed and one truck was found illegal that no one got punished for?

so if i race next year and fail tech it shouldnt be now big deal. get caught cheating and you can get away with it. that is what all this nonsense has teached me.

heck you can even get a pit road violation and get away with it, officials stated he was fined and docked 25 points. but he was never docked any points so i doubt he was even fined.

It is kinda nice when your whole life you are taught to do the right thing. well must be not everyone was brought up the same way.

sorry for my rambling on i am just really frustrated at the fact that the owner of the track stated, " if the rest of the top 5 is legal then greg is disqualified." then tech goes and measures the top 5 at the cross member( track tech inspection) the only truck low was 22 and he got away with cheating.

had the illegal call(dq)happened to aganier,like in the past or anyone else(non-favorite)there wouldn't have been a dispute,or an overturned decision....but we are talking GREG ????my opinion only...........
