"you do not have a chance to beat him so why give paul your money!!!!!!!"

My wife has beat the #22 truck quite a few times this year with a completely legal #7 truck. Everyone has a chance.

Ben, agree, she did, but Jen had no chance on the 19th when the truck was deemed dq by Rob our tech inspector, Rob I applaud you on doing what is right, anyone that thinks the Front crossmember is not a part of the frame, must have there head in the sand,if it wasn't why is it there, anyone thinks it not a advantage having the lower height also is playing dumb, truth be know the crossmember has probably been lowered and moved back, to lower motor and still to keep the "original motor mount position" per the rule book I have no personal issues with the 22 truck, and Greg has treated me with respect and I do the same back, but let face it, the truck was protest properly, (Not the smoke Scott Zehr is feeding), you were caught so lets move on. I think its very amusing that the track is doing all the research on there own rule  trying to find a way to make the call be overturned  ,if this had been anyone else do you think the track would but this kind of effort into it?, the web site all year has nothing on it till the end of the week, all of a sudden they have a rule posted on it on Sunday?? When I heard what happen, and what the decision that Rob made, My Father and I Knew from past practices that the ruling would be overturned, so the only way to win is to beat'em on on the track, fair or unfair thats the way it is, and we have to accept that if we want to race here. as always this is just our opinion,

This is about RIGHT and WRONG!! RIGHT IS RIGHT and WRONG IS WRONG!! I think all you drivers need to put yourself in his (Dan's) shoes. What if this were you? Can you all live with the fact that you will not stand up for a Fellow driver who followed the rules only to end up getting the short end of the stick. This is every drivers opportunity to make a stand for what is right. Just remember next time it might be you!!!! I guess Dan will find out exactly what each and everyone of you think of him. ARE YOU ALL GONNA STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT OR ARE YOU IGNOR WHAT IS BEING DONE TO A FELLOW DRIVER!!!!

BannerDairyFarm, since you want to hide behind a screen name, I will give you food for thought Dan knows how we stand, and in our opinion the track is wrong, what do you have us do?, remember we all have money invested in our trucks, and we all spend as much time as Dan on our truck, with very limited options to go elsewhere to race, since you want us to"stand up for whats right?" what is our recourse??

"the crossmember has probably been lowered and moved back, to lower motor and still to keep the "original motor mount position" per the rule book"

I typed without thinking about that. Thats a huge weight transfer advantage.

This is what we call taking the easy wrong answer over the hard right answer. The ethical thing to do is take the hard right over the easy wrong! Even the guy who wrote the rule book says the 22 truck should be DQ'd.

Ok Guys and girls I could not get logged in under my name so I had to use my old login. I am not getting into this dispute, but I have been contacted to see if it would be a big job to get a truck class added to Can Am or Thunder Alley. I do not see it as a big deal ,if we can get enough trucks committed. If you guys are serious call Chip Burdick at 778-3407. I know he would work with you and so will I. Billy Caprara had mentioned earlier in the year about a truck class and we ran them one night before AIS opened and only had 4 trucks. Frank Fazio

I spoke with Chip the week after we ran there. He was gracious and expressed interest in having trucks as a weekly division at Evans Mills and/or Can-Am. He would want a minimum # of trucks in order to keep us on the card (same as the Pure-Stocks). I vote we find a new ship for the trucks to set sail on... Looks like an iceberg in front of this one.

RULES ARE RULES. DQ means DQ.. officials, tech, and Paul all said DQ. then came along sally and her friends and they made Paul all confused and gave him all these excuses as to why the #22 of whoever that is should not be DQ.

Paul did hire his people for a reason.
Jarred however is new and inexperienced he needs to learn muchhhh much more and not abide by others and take money under the table or do whatever he does. And he really needs to learn to get his license because officers are watching him. ;)

what My wife has beat it... blah blah blah.. it does not matter you are only making excuses!!!!!
What is not understandable about this situation.. too bad! You must learn from mistakes.
ANDDDD consequences will happen. It is life.

All those ladies are inexperienced with AIS.
You people are such airheads... do you not think.

Guys try not to be so hasty in your decision making about this. The main problem right now is the rules in these classes. We will be working on the rules this fall and winter to make them better and more clear. So next year this will not happen.
