Postponed race day

Don't follow the web board much but figured I'd jump on here to see what the latest talk about AIS was and I see you raced today (sunday) . Had I known this I would have been there/purchased a ticket. at any rate was there any racing today and who won.

I love AIS but why would they decide to reschedule for sunday... on fathers day nonetheless? Is this normal procedure? it is a first for me.

We raced today. I'm not sure who the winners were in all of the classes but Nate Plantz won in the SC class, Gregg Roess won in the light truck class, Tommy Cloce won one of the twin 25 lappers in the LM class and I think JR Mooney won in the SS class. Not sure who won the other 25 lap LM race or the Ladies light truck race.

The weather was good today, from cloudy to sunny. The web site was updated yesterday and I heard an ad on the radio yesterday about the race happening on Sunday instead of Saturday (FM 94.1 in Watertown). It was a decent crowd on hand, and we did the bike give-away. Paul said he will try to do the races on Sunday if we get rained out on Saturday, as long as the weather forecast for Sunday is good enough to try to get the races in. He knows that teams spend a lot of money and time on their cars and trucks and Paul wants us to be able to race. Those are Paul's words, so he understands our desire to race.

Hope to see a bunch of fans and teams next weekend.
