I heard the same thing about a rain date of sunday at 2 from a creditable source... so hopefully the weather will be good for one of the 2 times

Joanna just called me. She's trying to call everyone she has a number for. Sunday, the 23rd, will be the rain date for Saturday. Pit gates will open at noon, with racing starting at 2:00pm.

Scott and Steve,

Ask the track if they will honor your rain check next weekend. It's worth a shot.

i hope they allow us to use our pit passes to get in the following week if we rain out on saturday because like a lot of people, we are not racing on fathers day. like dinzler, we will loose out on over $100. hopefully ais will honor our pit passes the next week because its little things like loosing that money that will get people to look at going to other tracks. our pit area is looking pretty barron compaired to years past, so we dont want to loose anymore.

I was happy to see that yellow #87 SS pull into the pits last weekend. I know how hard you worked on it and I was glad to see it "done enough" to run it. We have been working equally as hard on the #20 SC, which still needs an exhaust fitted to it.

The car count was lower last weekend, and I hope it was because of the weather forecast.

we talked to paul and he said you can use the wrist bands from last weekend anytime you want. so if it rains out on saturday and you arent running on sunday, you can use them next week. :D

todd, we are glad we finally got the car "done enough" to make it up there but the real reason we were able to make it up there is the donation of 4 used tires from the Van Tassels.

I hope we don't need the wrist band mines long gone! They don't hold up good in my line of work

Kyle,

"Done enough" is where we are with the #20 SC. Jason Dinzler put the exhaust on it for us yesterday at his shop. Now all we need is a good battery and we can put the #20 car in the lineup 8) .

Todd

Call me if you still need a battery. I'll bring you one to the track if it makes the difference between being there or not, 783-5229. I need to here from you before noon.
