Please let it be known that this web forum is used for the sole purpose to discuss events, happenings, results, etc. of North Country Racing. Whether it be for the Adirondack International Speedway owned by Paul Lyndaker or for other local race tracks, this site may be used for any discussions as long as we all can keep it clean and keep it productive.

Paul has called me with concerns and rightfully so. He has expressed his intentions that he feels this web forum should be controlled by him and/or his committee and because it is titled as "Adirondack Race Talk" then it belongs to him. He has expressed that he will exercise other means of authority if I do not follow his commands. However, as I feel this can be of benefit for everyone involved, I am not closing this web board just because he does not agree with the conversation taking place. It has never been owned by AIS and AIS has never made any payment to anyone in constructing this web board and/or keeping it running.

As I saw from the get go and I continue to say... this web forum (while not attached to AIS, it's website, or it's promotional tools) can be used for good discussion amongst its visitors and if interested, it can be used by AIS and its members for an informational tool to continue offering New York's Premier Asphalt Racing.

So - from here on out please let it be known that this website does not reflect the views of the Adirondack International Speedway, their owner, their employees or their members. As far as I am concerned, this website is owned by FreeForums.org and is administrated by myself. FreeForums.org is in charge of all advertisements and income for this website so we can enjoy constructive conversation for the goodness of North Country Racing.

I wish the Speedway and everyone involved, especially drivers, teams and fans a successful end to the 2009 season.

So let me get this straight. I log in to this forum by going to AISPEEDWAY.freeforums.org and the website is owned by the guy who used to run the website for AISPEEDWAY, but yet this is not connected to AISPEEDWAY in any way??? Something fishy is going on here.

I applaud Billy for standing up to paul and not putting up with his nonsense! This is a place for people to voice their opinions!! If Paul doesn't like the things that are being said then maybe he should take a step back and take a good hard look at what's causing people to be so upset rather than just think he can sweep it all underneath the rug or make it all come out the way his little cronies want it to.

This forum's talk and discussions are the only thing connected to Adirondack. However, this forum is not owned, or maintained by AIS. I am looking to come up with a .com name that doesn't have "aispeedway" in it. For those who are concerned.

Thank you for the explanation. I see a lot of posts on here as if they expect track officials to respond and also several comments from ex-track personnel. Always wondered about that.

Good Job Billy There are a lot of good things that come from this forum and we all know there is also some BS. I feel that this forum must go on so we the people know what is going on in the racing world. I know Todd has started NNY racing which many track are listed in our area and I would post for Can Am and Thunder Alley. I know that I posted a few things here that got deleted. Frank

Frank, you've done a great job posting all the racing info on my forum. Nothing like that will get deleted from my forum. I appreciate your posts about local racing events at Can Am and Thunder Alley. That's what these forums are all about.
