why is it that I have to tell family members and friends to come to the races at AIS - send them to the website to find information. and have them come back saying they don't know how much it costs to get in the race, what the cost is for the pit area, what time the event is to start, etc. because NONE of this is on the website. C'mon AIS! Thankfully there is fans like the smith's and some others that leave posts on the board to inform at least people that are "in the know".. but what about all the outside fans - you know the event draws them - you can't even inform them on your website. This track is supposed to be a state-of-the-art facility. by the looks of a website it is far from that. everyone complained about gilly bibson but at least he did things right and did everything in the best interest of the track. there was a sense of authority, sense of direction and organization at least. DOES ANYONE AGREE

does anyone agree that there is fans to be lost and fans to be gained? i would think with the current situation with just the website there is surely fans to be lost. if you didn't look at the schedule on hte website you wouldnt even know there is a nascar race this weekend.

I heard an ad on 94.1 in Watertown for the nascar race this weekend. I don't get the Watertown paper so I don't know if there was an ad in the paper. There hasn't been any advertising on newzjunky that I have seen.

If you have complaints, call the office. They don't all read this forum and they never reply on here. I've been asking them to put prices on the web site every week this year. Maybe if they hear it from some race fans it will get their attention more than hearing it from the drivers. I don't know... :?

Keep puting your comments on here. Paul probably doesn't get on this site and read any of the postings but I know for a fact someone that goes to Paul and tells him everything that he reads here.

Just wondering if the board has been fixed and if AIS needs someone to get the points posted. Weekly!!!!!!!!!!!! I bet we could find a few people to assist, myself being one. I thought that the person responsible would have this done by now.

I wish that AIS would get it together, its a great place to race. If AIS was managed properly, and some of the people were more responsible and would put some effort forward just imagine the racers and audience that AIS could draw. It is time to get more aggressive with the postings and the updates.

I know that I am one of many that would like to see AIS be better than it is, its time to make it happen.

dinzler you are right. i love this place and i think there is great people around the track but come on for petes sake get your head out of the gutter. this is supposed to be the biggest weekend of racing for the facility. todd, you are right that they had ads in the papers and on radio but people need a point of reference. When you need your buddies phone number you have a phone book. people think AIS they need to go to the website and expect to find INFORMATION. website is one of the most influential parts of your publicity. Especially when it comes to a race track. there is so much interest during off-time that you need to keep it updated. this is despicable, and you dont often hear me talk negatively about the speedway. we went from an updated website that you could literally buy tickets off the website to now this year a website that has no information---literally--- with no tickets available. heck you could call the track to buy tickets and nobody even answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then you have an old message on again, the biggest weeked of theyear
